Tim Stamps

Mr. Stamps started his banking career in December 2001 but has specialized in commercial lending since May 2006. His experience in the commercial finance industry includes conventional and SBA lending, managing and servicing multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolios, privately funded bridge financing, and also creative financing structures that involve the use of an individual's retirement plan to fund their business. Mr. Stamps joined Copper River Funding in August 2009 to serve as their Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). As COO of Copper River Funding, Mr. Stamps works with both borrowers and private investors as well as third party professionals such as title escrow officers, appraisers, and attorneys to navigate the loan closing process.

Craig T. Gaudio

Mr. Gaudio is a co-founder of Copper River Funding, LLC. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Copper River Funding, LLC since July 2008. Previously, from March 2004 to July 2008, Mr. Gaudio owned and operated Nexus Financial Group of Idaho, a residential and commercial loan brokerage. Prior to founding Nexus Financial Group of Idaho, Mr. Gaudio served as Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Solutions and Technology, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Gaudio spent three years developing patent based waste-to-energy projects overseas, securing international contracts and project financing for 41 projected facilities through ING Barings, London. Previously, from November 2005 to March 2006. Mr. Gaudio served on the Advisory Board for Tetridyne Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in business information technology. From January 1994 to November 1996 he served as V.P. for OTC Capital Ltd., an investment-banking boutique based in Palm Beach, Florida.
